This is a bootleg EP after many seasons of experimenting. This project started about 4 years ago, compiling sample beats, riffs and psychedelic sounds. This completes the first report from the Whiskey Report project.

Watercress captures genre-mixing compositions from various influences. Each track was carefully selected from a pool of unfinished projects, various iphone recordings and various dj mixes. The tracks lift the listener to a futuristic journey of melodic indie-rock, ambient funk and basically music that celebrates life. The project was released for the Summer of 2013.

By releasing alternative sounds, Green Toe Records goes back in time to shed light on underground art and music culture. GTR's stories recount life journeys that are rarely shared. The label emerged during a tough situation, in terms of economic recession and joblessness to produce music with cultural commentaries. Each track recounts a story that can help retrace important historic events.

10 Deep review which heavily influenced this project "With the release of their self-titled EP in 2008, 10 Deep has been playing public and private shows in and around Calgary. Tracks such as “The Ocean song”, “Maybe this time” and “Baby Please” have been well received by listeners and critics alike.
